May I Introduce…
…Jake Carl Grant. Jake was born last night around 6:53 p.m. EST and weighed 8lb 14.9oz (20 inches long). Elizabeth labored for about 12 hours and never really dialated, so she ended up needing a C-section. Mom and baby are both doing great!
The Saga Continues…
The doctor broke Elizabeth’s water approx. 3 hours ago, and about 30 min later she started having more painful and frequent contractions. After about another hour, Elizabeth called for the epidural.
